FE calculation

As can be seen from the FE calculation, high tensile stresses only occur in the areas of the elbow of the fork arm which are coloured in yellow and green. A very low static load occurs on the material in the middle of the steel profile (blue area).

Each fork arm type is subjected to a load alternation test with 1.5 million load alternations at a 40% overload. The fork arms are then tested at 4 times the nominal load in the maximum load test. No plastic deformation may occur here. Furthermore, a cracking test is also carried out. This is our own high requirement.
